In Transmission`s options I switch-on Remote control and write port, login, password, IP.
Then try to "Open web-client"-button - and in Firefox I see small window "Login-Password".
I wrote login and password - but web-client do not ...

Transmission 2.81, Xubuntu 13.04, UTF8, ext4.
Error messages:
"Unable to save torrent file".
"Unable to save resume file - too long".
After renaming file name in Properties - Files file name became nearly 30 symbols.
And again "Unable to save resume file - too long" :( .
