This is an on going issue, but I may have identified it with the main OS drive space filling up even though the downloads are going to an complete different physical drive with plenty of space. I have an on going issue where Transmission 2.94 on MacOS 10.11.6 will crash upon completion of a single download and seeding. Even if I have multiple file being transferred. I have tried deleting and reinstalling a fresh copy but it continues to do without fail.

I am having the same issue

MacPro 8 Core
32Gb RAM
45Tb+ Storage
MacOS 10.11.6

The latest Transmission build hangs and cannot be Force quit, this is likely a Zombie Process. Ends up requiring a reboot.

Transmission-14388.dmg crashes and fails to quit. Force quit does not kill the app. Forced to hard reboot the hardware to kill the app.

I would love to rollback to prior stable version as the version I was using in early June was solid. I am now forced to switch to uTorrent, but I really don't like it. I am open to alternative apps if anyone can suggest a good one.

Updated to the latest nightly build (I think it is the same version as I was running) and I enabled debug mode. I ended up with a 1.9Gb terminal log file. Not sure how I can share this to help resolve this on going issue.

Please install the latest nightly and post any CR you get. Nightlies provide much better debug info. If you have Transmission.app's App Nap (Get Info --- Command-I) enabled, then disable it.

While I appreciate the link to how to post a bug, I already attempted to provide the mentioned info. What I could get was posted in the original post. Can I assume there is no help available?

I too have been having a continuous stream of "unexpectedly quits" with versio 2.8.4 on Mac OS 10.9.4

I am lucky to get it to run 10 minutes before it quits. Can anyone suggest a better alternative product?
