Transmission

dumped the log after trying to start and got this:

[21:58:05.906] Couldn't bind port 51413 on 0.0.0.0: Address already in use (Is another copy of Transmission already running?) (net.c:365)
[21:58:05.908] UDP Couldn't bind IPv4 socket (tr-udp.c:260)

have torrent files in there but the service fails to even start once the config is edited.

, removed on final line and *.*.*.* added but still no joy

new to transmission and while relatively techy not very linux savvy an been struggling toubleshooting this for a while so need your help.
