Transmission

I am running transmission-daemon with "--log-debug" (transmission-daemon -f --log-debug 2>&1) so every message go to stdout. However I can't see any messages when a peer connects. Is it possible to log those particular events too?

I am using transmission-remote and transmission-remote-cli. When I start transmission-remote-cli I can see the amount of seeders of every torrent. My question is how can I get this information with the transmission-remote command? I am unable to find an option which gives back this info. I need this ...

Sometimes I would like to download only a few files from a magnet link. I can do this with transmission-remote CLI application by doing:

transmission-remote -l

I get the list of my added torrents, so I can get the ID of the desired torrent, let's say 24, then I issue the command:

transmission ...

I shared a video on a private torrent tracker with transmission-remote, when I reviewed the uploaded data in transmission-remote-cli it was much more than the size of the video, about 5x-6x of the video size. This is too much traffic for me, I would like to limit to a reasonable ratio of the video ...
