Have Rogue Amoeba's InstantOn component installed? If so, I'd be interested to know if updating it solves the problem. Solved mine.

I'm almost positive that my client was sorted by date added, or possibly name. I stopped sorting by activity a long time ago because it was too resource-intensive.

I'm upgrading to a new server, and have spent a lot of time creating groups for automating where files end up. I have tried copying the "Transmission" folder in the "~/Library/Application Support/" directory as well as the two Transmission plist files in the "~/Library/Application Support ...
