Transmission

Due to the new libevent dependency and autotools switch, Transmission is fairly broken on BeOS. Assuming the autoconf build system works ok, libevent will still need to be ported. I don't believe this is possible for net_server, but should be fairly easy for BONE or similar. I'll probably do this ...
