very interesting issue, fortunately is a very infrequent problem and Transmission warns about it, when it happens... If not, who knows when I would have noticed!

Peers list is empty now... so I think there is no webseed...
But the trackers show the presence of 5 seeds about 25 minutes ago.

I still can't understand how a completed torrent can become incomplete.
What would have happened if I have copied that file to a pendrive some days ago, or one month ago ...

I completed the download of a torrent (a single file of 336.3 MB) about 2 months ago.
So, since July this file has been in seeding, until yesterday, when I saw it was no more present in seeding list: it was in error list with a "corrupted data" error.
