Re: REQ: allow change .torrent store dir
no, i already change a bunch of settings in the json file, might aswell make it simple for everyone and add a new path variable. would be nice to store that too in the other folder. basically just install transmission on the p2p folder and use local folders instead of local account. it would be a ch...

REQ: allow change .torrent store dir
i'd like to store the .torrent and .resume files on another drive than C: on windows like d:\torrents\temp, it makes resuming my downloads easier if reintalling windows on C: or even just restoring from a backup. this way, less torrents lost. just point to that folder on the p2p hdd and verify then ...

Re: transmission torrent won't reconnect to data folder
it might be the same problem as you describe since the symptoms are the same, maybe you just happen to be luckier. Re: No data found, and verify local data gives me nothing
i've had this problem before on my nas (linux based OS), i had saved it outside of a valid drive location. so my nas , in all its wisdom, saved it to a temp folder in its ramdrive. so when i rebooted it, of course the files were gone. that was my experience, an error due to my inattention of the pat...

Re: transmission torrent won't reconnect to data folder
this bug happens on transmission for windows and on my Qnap (linux), not sure why but i think it might be a .resume file corruption. Quick question: would this happen because of not using the default folder in the torrent when adding it or because the .resume file gets corrupted somehow ? it would m...
