I installed tansmission-dameon on a Raspberry Pi running Raspbian Jessie 8.0. I believe I have found the problem... the transmission I am running on the main system is v1.93. Apparently these settings hadn't been invented yet. I'll try to upgrade, but I'm not sure if it'll run under 10.04. Thanks for the response.

On occasion I will have need to download multiple torrents, however I have very limited bandwidth. I will have only one download running at a time and when that one completes, I will remove that and start the next one. That requires me to keep a constant eye on transmission, though. Is there any way...
