Then seeders and more leechers are the case. This happens when you try to download a file which has more leechers and less seeders. Peers connection takes time to get through. The download then obviously wont start untill the connection is solid.

Which torrent downloader are you using? When the link is in downloading state, click on the link with right button of your mouse and pause it. It won't download. Btw, you shouldn't be facing such an issue since torrent stops automatically when disk space is full. Think logically. When disk space is ...

When the destination folder does not exist, it gives this issue, either you can change the destination or make one as prompted before install.
