Transmission

I had to quit Transmission and when I restarted it, it began re-downloading all the torrents I previously was seeding . I quickly paused all. Please could someone advise how I can get the torrents to go back to seeding?

I have added a new URL to a new tier and deleted the old URL . I won't know if it has worked until 44 minutes when the tracker updates. Is there anyway this can be done automatically with several torrents?

I'm running the latest version of Transmission on MacBook Pro with Sierra and would like to know how I can change the URL of a single torrent? I have tried adding a new tier in the torrent inspector but this has not worked. Please could someone advise/point me to a link?
