Transmission

I am running OSX 10.13.3 I was Running transmission 2.9.2 when the issue manifested. I tried installing the latest nightly build and the issue was persistant.

I am getting this log error whenever I try and start transmission.

UNIX error exception: 17

Transmission doesn't even start.
