I have the same problem, although after freeing the hard drive space I don't get the error message anymore: Transmission simply refuses to download.
I hope someone can help us.

As the title says, it's not a problem, because after a while they'll be back to 100%, but it's still annoying having to press "start" again after a torrent is completed. This doesn't happen to all torrents, just to some, seemingly at random. I posted here because by searching with google I...
