Transmission

I'd like Transmission to run only when WAN is one of the whitelisted IPs or hostnames.

I'm on mobile network a lot and I don't want Transmission to run then. Basically only my own home IP.

An addition would be for Transmission to 'ask' to whitelist or blacklist current IP if it's not in the list.
