Super slow in Japan
Hello everyone. I used Transmission with very fast speeds in Singapore, but since I've moved to Japan, these speeds are terribly slow. I've tried all the optimization settings to no avail. Has anyone else experience problems with speeds in Japan? I'm using NTT in Tokyo.
