Transmission

Hi,
just download and installed Transmission from qnapclub.eu on my TS-459.
Unfortunately when I go to http://<mynasip>/transmission the interface says that transmission is "disabled". I go on "App starter" section, click on "Start transmission", the page reloads itself but Transmission is still ...
