Transmission

I've just installed NordVPN (Mac/Catalina)...I can connect P2P with NordVPN but I don't know how to configure Transmission...any setup instructions will be much appreciated. Thank you.

The downloads shows only Peers, not Seeds...is that correct? Is there a setting I missed?

I'm new to some of this - in the Preferences Network settings - the red dot is there , but the "Port is closed" text is grayed out -- does this mean that setting is correct?
