Transmission

Hi, I'm a WebTorrent user and I would to add WebTorrent support to libtransmission cause nobody seems interested to do it.
But I don't know where to start ? How the code is cuted ?

PS: WebTorrent issue is the most asked features so if someone better in c than me, that a good idea. (I have just ...
