Transmission

My filesystem reported damage of the file that is part of one torrent. So i recheck the torrent, it looked like it re-downloaded torrent 100%, but in the torrent status it says "Invalid exchange" for that file and torrent is Paused.
How to fix that please? I am on Linux.

I think that Transmission and qBittorrent developers failed to make the configuration in one readable and editable file, so the migration between operating systems would involve just editing this one file and doing search & replace in paths.

When i mouse drag and drop the torrent file to the Transmission 2.94 interface on WIndows 10 it shows the dialog, but the "Source" field is empty and when i submit the dialog with empty "Source:" it says "Invalid Or Corrupt Torrent File".
Can the Source field be filled with the correct path?

Here i explain the issue i had when i tried to upgrade the 2.84 to 2.94 + added a proposal:

i apparently restored my torrents like this:
quit transmission
copy contents of the folder:
C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\transmission
(except the settings.json file)
to:
C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\transmission

but i still think this is issue and should not happen. If no one wants to fix the installer ...

i downloaded latest Windows 64bit build (transmission-2.94-x64.msi)
ran it and it complained that Transmission is already installed and i need to uninstall it. I backed up C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\transmission which apparently ...
