version 2.11 was the last build with proxy support

for some 'strange' reason it was removed in all versions after 2.11
Version 2.11 still has the proxy settings.

I'm another user that would like it back.

i've come across plenty of peers that never upload, just leach for hours...

nice that works... but I get this error:
"Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker."

it doesn't actually download the whole file right?
I noticed it doing this but only a fraction of the files before and after would be downloaded
