Hello all,
Transmission GTK v3.0 is used on a dedicated Ubuntu VM with the upload bandwith of 24 Mbit/s that means approximately 3.0 Mb/s using a VPN tunnel. There is no other software busy with downloading or uploading anything.
The upload speed in Transmission status bar never goes above 1.0-1.5 ...
