That really does nothing for me I am not trying to un rar any files. I just want to move the finished file. The drive is never not mounted.

Hi I run transmission on a Ubuntu 20.04 machine. I store all the downloads on a pair of 2 T HDD attached to this dedicated machine. I have the torrents downloading locally do not want to try and save and feed from the NAS. I would like to have a script that movies the files to another dir on the NAS after the DL is complete. Any 1 have such a script?

Great help. I found my config files in the $HOME dir. So ... I just copy the contents of this dir to the the new system? At least I remembered how to find hidden files lol.

I have all my torrents 1.8 TB on an external HD. I have to move the HD to another same version Ubuntu system. I would like to not have to re verify all the files over again.

I have alsmost the same question with ubuntu. I have all my torrents on an external hard drive and need to move this to another ubuntu system. Should I just take the whole conents of the dir mentioned and copy it to the new system with the new install of transmission? Thanks in advance
