Linux: new install on old home with old transmission - can't resume from where i started?
New install of ubuntu 20.04.3, root and home on separate partition. afaict i have full ownership of the drive since i can read/write/delete everything on there. everything is back up and running except transmission. every time i run it, it resumes back to where i had it before the install. all my ol...
