Transmission

Update, it seems the files that didn't work had obscure characters in the filename. What I don't understand is that the file blocks (chunks? idk the term) mostly got found but a few were missing. Strange. This is a problem because I have a lot of files with obscure characters, maybe create a bug ...

Basically I create a torrent with transmission-create using files on a server, add the torrent with transmission-remote, and it shows it checking for the files in the web interface. However the check keeps stopping at 99.5% with some files not completing the check. Why does this happen?
