I have a torrent that's about 10,90 large which is stuck at 98% or 10,70 GB. There are 10 files and 1 of them is complete, the others are stuck at 99-97%. But ever so often, the percentage will drop to about 30%. If I click "verify local data", it will quickly raise the percentage back to ...

I have a similar problem on Windows 11 and I'm worried about the possible risks I run if I turn off my VPN after closing Transmission but the program keeps running in the background. Is my IP vulnerable?
