Transmission

I've requested it it the General Requests, i think all platforms could benefit from this.

Because i'll usually seed public torrents until 2.0 and i want my private/site specific torrents to seed forever.
Now i'll just select a group and adjust this manually, but every new torrent assigned to that group will use the default settings.
