Re: Randomly Stops Working
MacPro3,1 early 2008 Maverick 10.9.5 Transmission 2.94 except for difference in Mac hardware and OS the only other difference I am aware of is not having to restart Mac before Transmission will run again the basic problem details ARE ALL THE SAME - 2000 to zero seeding anywhere from 1 to 24 hours. N...

Re: Item in client - search result field empty
To the past 132 views, and any in the future.
Are any of you reading because you have had the same or similar problem, hoping to find an answer also, or have a solution but do not care for how I look?
Or are you just curious as to what on earth is going on with my broken search?

Re: Item in client - search result field empty
So, after 14 days and 60 views, none of them by support, from what we can tell, who has a clue why all seven groups vanish when I enter only one letter of the alphabet into search field. Would it be asking too much of anyone in support to admit they can not help, or at least lead me on by being poli...

Item in client - search result field empty
Transmission 2.94 (d8e60ee44f) Mac OSX 10.9.5 Maverick Never any problems in many years of using. Now when item in client is searched for, the search result field is empty. Example the same 2,000 seeding for many years no new additions or deletions in that time the only change is to start seeding ag...

Re: Terminal commands
Does this mean staff no longer reads all posts, so they can at least acknowledge request for help by telling poster there is no such thing / solution / another place to ask?

Re: Terminal commands
Nothing? No yes, no, maybe, who knows, who cares, we will get back to you? Can't imagine there is no command of any sort to modify client behavior when there is this "a hidden setting in settings.json, adding " scrape-paused-torrents-enabled " does stop all scrapes of paused torrents....

Terminal commands
Mac OS 10.6.8 Transmission 2.82 (14160) I know adding an option to stop all scrapes on paused torrents has been discussed and turned down. Someone suggested adding this to Terminal " defaults write org.m0k.transmission scrape-paused-torrents-enabled false ". All torrents in client paused, ...

Re: Torrents pause on their own
There was no such error in message log on torrents paused since my original post.
Only a few ones "torrent not registered with this tracker".
Titles not ones that were paused.

Torrents pause on their own
Mac OS 10.6.8 Transmission 2.82 (14160) Torrents that were seeding are now paused. I did not manually pause them. They start seeding again when 'Resume Selected' or resume clicked on individual files. Later others are paused, not the same ones as before so not specific torrent related. No changes ha...

Re: Transmission 2.82 (14160) different layouts
x190 I am using 2.82 not 2.84 http://i65.tinypic.com/11ak55i.jpg As mike.dld pointed out to me, there is a "button" I missed when I thought I had tried all options. http://i65.tinypic.com/30iuu86.jpg When I followed his instructions the Status bar on Mac running 10.8 'magically' appeared.

Re: Transmission 2.82 (14160) different layouts
Thank you very much mike.did
This is exactly the answer needed to solved my problem.
I thought I had selected every option available, but obviously I had missed one.
Thanks again for your very succinct correct answer.

Re: Transmission 2.82 (14160) different layouts
Thanks x190. I realize I can update to the latest version on both Macs, the version I use works as intended, I have no complaints about 2.82. The suggestion to update does not address the question of why does the exact same version/build show up two different ways. Please let me know if you have an ...

Transmission 2.82 (14160) different layouts
Running 2.82 (14160) on two different Macs.
On Mac OS 10.6.8 the layout shown is on left, on Mac OS 10.8 layout shown is on right
What has to be done to show the missing Ratio 0.00 and down/up arrows 0.0 KB/s below main toolbar on Mac OS 10.8 on right?

There have been 124 views, zero replies since May 31, 2013. It might help if anyone who reads this, and agrees it is a needed feature would add their comments. Re: Batch change tracker information
It has been almost two years since I first asked about being able to add one tracker announce into multiple torrents. At the time the answer was no, but now it can be done on uTorrent by selecting multiple torrents, right click on them, select properties, then copy paste one tracker announce url int...
