Transmission

So for the last few weeks any torrent I download, the speed will slow down to around 1kb/s when it gets close to finishing and I have no idea why. I have the latest nightly version, and it doesnt matter where the torrents are from i still get the problem. Any ideas?

Not too sure when it started, i think it was when i upgraded to 1.76, but now when i download torrents like heroes and such the downloads wont start. Is anyone else having this problem? Solutions please?
