Re: Alphabetical File List
Is there no further update on this? I didn't notice this until just now, but 'hippy dave' is correct — although file sorting in the Inspector is USUALLY alphabetical, it apparently is not always so. I've attached an example — the full list appears as below: 101 & 102 114 103 115 112 116 106 110 ...

Re: A lot more group features
Oh, i hope i can add something here too: The new groups criteria thing is amazing, thanks for that. But would it be possible eventually to check for criteria not only when something is added but also when some event occurs afterwards? For example, i would like to be able to automatically move torren...

Re: Transmission causes leopard slow death
Cool, now we're getting somewhere! I am back home now, so i won't be able to continue testing with my friend's machine (and he isn't really savvy enough to do so either). However, after downgrading him to r7803 he was able to have two or three active torrents (including the one he had had going when...

Re: Transmission causes leopard slow death
Yeah well, we're in the Mac Support forum, so i figured restricting my scope to the Mac world would be given. :/ We've been using the 7803 build you suggested (with speed limit on and only one active transfer) for about 12 hours now, no crashes yet. So that's definitely an improvement over the two-c...

Re: Transmission causes leopard slow death
I'm not sure where you get the idea that Transmission is Leopard-only. Not is — will be . And that's based on this : As of version 1.60, 10.4 will no longer be supported. All nightly builds are based off of 1.60 pre-beta code, and do not support 10.4. Also, I'd like to hear whether the people expe...

Re: Transmission causes leopard slow death
I haven't seen this problem on my own machine (posted way earlier in the thread) in quite some time — not since i limited my max active downloads. It is pretty annoying to be limited to only three or four torrents at a time, but at least it works i guess. However, i am at a friend's house this week,...

Re: Transmission causes leopard slow death
o hi, me from earlier in the thread (pages 1 and 2) Wanted to report that i had this happen to me again, just now, for the first time since the 1.20 update. Since that update i've routinely had multiple torrents download -- my max active downloads is 4 and my max uploads is 50. I have on several occ...

(me again from way earlier in the thread) For what it's worth, i haven't seen this problem since my last post. I've even started to get adventurous and i've had several torrents downloading and several more uploading at the same time and i still haven't had it lock up. Not sure what happened, whethe...

I'm reluctant to go messing around with it naturally, but i will try later this week end if i get a chance. :p Weird that the router locks up in both cases. Maybe it's flooding, or it's sending bad packets or whatever? I have a second computer now so maybe i can get one of those packet-inspection th...

Re: Transmission kills all
7: If the power is not cut to the Mac the problem persists indefinitely with no actual crash or log of any problem. (I've left it as long as 16 hours). This is the same for me, now that you mention it. Once i started up some torrents like an hour before i left for work. Everything was fine, but the...

I think i'm a victim of this as well. What happens is i'll be minding my own business, typically browsing in Firefox, when all of a sudden pages don't load anymore. I can switch between tabs and i can open new tabs and i can click links and things, just the pages never start downloading (including s...

Hide/menu-bar issue with Transmission 1.10 on Leopard
Hi, not sure if this qualifies as a bug or what, but i've been having an intermittent issue with Transmission 1.10 (5422) on Leopard (10.5.2). Well, two issues, actually. I searched Google and the forum but i'm not seeing anything, so sorry if this has already come up. Anyway, issues: 1. Occasionall...
