I have thought about this, and I was wondering how it would deal with folders and the files it encompassed. When you sort by percentage is it on the file or on the folder? How would it visually be displayed?

Never seen this either, but then again I am new to BT.

What is showing up in your message logs? Nothing which can shine more light on the situation?

Also, what are you writing to? A quick look on the net points to possible HD issues.

Do you have the filter bar active? On your main Transmisson window it is has the options All Active Downloading Seeding Paused.

If not push command-F and it should bring these options up. Click on all and that should list all the torrents you have added. Hopefully it is listed there and you can ...
