Something you may wish to try:-

#1 Delete the following files.

~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Transmission (backup .torrent files)
~/Library/Preferences/org.m0k.transmission.plist
~/Library/Caches/Transmission

#2 Try 'Open in 32 Bit Mode'. See application 'Get Info' window.

Upgraded from v 1.22 to 1.50b3 since I was having problems seeding with a trackers. Still not able to seed to the trackers I was initially having issues with but, this new version is way faster when establishing connections to peers on other (known working) trackers.

I don't know of any trackers that block 1.42 but if one does exist you might use 1.50b2 or an older version, such as 1.34. Hope this helps.

I have looked everywhere I could for information on this and simply can't find any: what are the tiers in the Tracker properties tab? Can I have multiple Tier 1? If I have a torrent that is registered at multiple private trackers, how can I make it "active" at all those trackers?
