Is there a way for me to track this, like output so either you guys or the tracker can look at it?

I download something, size : 2 gb I go look at the tracker and for some reason it says I downloaded 4 gb. It's like if I downloaded the file twice. You all know when you download something you can choose what file you want downloaded first. Could this be added to the upload side also. Not really which piece in one torrent, but if you have two torrent you could be able to choose which one you want to allocated more bandwidth to. Also this would ...
