I think the idea of the Inspector window being replaced by a drawer was brought up a while ago, it was decided that it would look too cluttered.

Good to see this being worked on. I've been testing the nightlies, first time I saw this problem was on r6794 and OS X 10.5.4, latest version I've tried is r6880 with OS X 10.5.5.

Heh, I must have misread the first post. I think it's just easier to read kilobytes/sec rather than kilobits/sec, since to the average user they're much more useful as it's the same unit of measurement as what the operating system uses to measure file sizes.

This is something that is usually done directly by the operating system. I can't tell you exactly how to do it, Google is your best bet.

I'm pretty sure that Transmission already does this automatically. I've never broken 400KB/sec though, so I'm not exactly qualified to give you an answer here. Can anybody verify this either way?
