Re: Transmission Problem!
The last version to run on 10.4 is version 1.54. Nothing later will run on 10.4.
When you say "OLD APPS website", what are you referring to?

Re: My account was deleted?
Hi, I joined the forums on the 13/12/2010, and wondered if I didn't post then does my account get deleted? I just looked through the logs, and it was deleted because it hadn't been activated (you hadn't clicked the confirmation link in the email). We don't delete accounts once they've been activate...

Re: [Forum] Resume making release announcements
This was discontinued because the release notes are all kept on the same page now - https://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/Changes Wouldn't you get more [beta] testers if that info was also posted in the forum? Also, 2.20b2 was released Jan. 25 but is not yet listed in changes. Perhaps, but it's also...

Re: Transmission over VPN
What rank is the VPN in your Network preference pane? In order for all traffic to reliably go over the VPN, it needs to be ranked higher than AirPort or Ethernet.

Re: Trans. 2.00 - Download Page Not Available
Hi,
Cachefly has geographically diverse servers, and requests are routed to the various servers based on demand/location. It could be that you're getting a bad server out of the mix, and I'm sure it'll be resolved shortly.
I've tested it, and it's working fine here.

Re: Permission Denied
Permission Denied is a local error on the file system. If the user running Transmission doesn't have read/write privileges to the drive or folder you're trying to download to, then it displays this error. Further, if you're not willing to try the solutions listed in this thread by other users, why s...
