No but using something like Flexget (http://flexget.com/) that calls transmission directly via API Can..
You can use Flexget to scan RSSfeeds or even use it as a far more advanced Watch directly tool with the listdir plugin

Re: How to automatically move complete torrents to location
http://www.transmissionbt.com/resources/ use one of the frontend apps instead of the web interface... Unfortunately the web interface is really limited in this regard.

Re: Specify outgoing port range
If you want to perform QoS on a dedicated transmission box just flag the devices IP. Normally consumer routers only shape outgoing connections that pass from the local network to the wan
Interface so it should not impact anything locally accessing the server.

Re: Peers that DL from me but won't let me DL from them
joewill you forget that when you joing a swarm you start with nothing. Meaning that if we took your suggestion it would be next to impossible for you to get any parts since other peers with parts would be favoring each other and would keep you from being able to get into any of their download slots ...

Re: Peers that DL from me but won't let me DL from them
Every torrent has at least one seeder On which planet? Earth. How do you think a torrent gets started without a seeder who has 100% of the torrent? Theoretically, I suppose you could start with, say 10 peers who each have a different 10% of the torrent, but I have never seen that done. All torrents...

Re: Peers that DL from me but won't let me DL from them
Again your comment confuses me. The peers downloading from you do not nessarily have any parts of the download you are downloading, try could just be starting. Thus they will not share what they done have. If transmission allowed you to block in the way you suggest no one would get anything. Bittore...

Re: Peers that DL from me but won't let me DL from them
Are you complaining about speed from a single peer or not connecting to a peer? As far as speed in many parts of the world connections are sold asymmetric, ie upload speed is low, but download is high. Locally for me it is common to see a 20mbit download but only 0.5 mbit up. Transmission uses MByte...

Re: Transmission & Transmission web gui
Sounds like weak CPU or resourced like ram to me... ON my nas the same thing happens when adding lots of torrents.. As of transmission 2.4x there is now a queue that limits how many torrents download at once, I find on my nas if I limit it to two I don't get these kinds of dropouts.

Re: Peers that DL from me but won't let me DL from them
How can you be sure they actually have free slots for you or any data that you don't already have? They definitely have data I do not already have, since I have seen it happen when I have, say, 5% of the torrent, and they have 75%. As for free slots, that is irrelevant. If they will not allocate a ...

RPC behaviour with new queues
Has anyone had problem with RPC related scripts since 2.4X and the queues where added? I am using FlexGet and at the surface it appears that FlexGet is able to add torrents normally but only if there are available download slots... IE if it tries to add more torrents that should be queued it errors ...

Quick thank-you to the devs for a great release
The addition of settings an compact mode for the mobile web ui is great, also the new queue system makes it covienent to download lots of torrents in a short time without stalling my NAS.
Thanks!

Re: Constant UDP traffic without any transfers running
Turn off DHT it is always running. Thank you! Do you have any idea why this is happening? I have not downloaded anything in at least 2 or 3 days. Why is my IP is still listed in DHT? Does it not expire after a while? DHT is tracker-less, you need to stay connected to a few peers for it to work, Tra...
