Could you try the latest Nightly Build and see if the issue is still there? I'm not sure if this has been suggested before (?)
As I'm writing this, the latest version over there is 1.21+ 6154, the link is in my signature; you are using I think the latest stable (?) 1.21 (5890)

I haven't been using transmission for about a week, how do I find the crash log? It doesn't really matter how long it happened since it gets recorded in a special file. If I were you I'd check with the Tracker; that doesn't seem a problem related to Transmission at all. Maybe they deleted the torrent from the tracker or something like that, your best bet would be either (1) checking in some sort of FAQ, if they have ~or~ (2) posting the question in forums, if they ...

Consider getting a decent ISP instead, one that offers a real connection to the Internet. There are some countries that maintain a monopoly on the services so there's not much you could do when there's only one or two providers that serve your area (or country). And, trust me, I really doubt people...
