No. You must let the data verification complete. It only happens once, when adding torrents that are already complete, or creating a new torrent.

Transmission is an app for Macs, not iPads or iPhones. It will not run. You can use the web interface to control a remote session though.

You can view total data transferred, but not the names of the torrents nor their individual sizes.

To view the total data transferred, and some other stats, to to the Window menu, and select Statistics.
