Re: Transmission 1.83 Released
Followed recent releases closely as we've got a lot of important enhancements and bugfixes there. Last releases (since 10035) seem work flawlessly under Ubuntu - many thanks again to the Transmission team! While building releases since 100xx I have noticed several compiler warnings related to the th...

Re: download stalls problem solved
It seems the issue of download stalls has been solved in Transmission releases 9959 and above. No more stalled peers after network disruption - download now goes on immediately as local network recovers. UPnP errors, when occurred, do not result in stalled peers too. What's more, the amount of bad d...

UPnP handling by Transmission causes download stalls?
There were reports in this forum that download in Transmission (version 1.76 and lower) suddenly gets stalled. I have occasionally experienced this issue too. After having run version 1.80b5, where dealing with trackers had been greatly improved (many thanks to the Transmission team!), I seems have ...

Re: Transmission1.76 - cannot resume after network reconnection?
I am connected to the Internet via wireless router, and sometimes (once-twice a day) my connection has become lost. The Network Manager of Ubuntu can cope with the issue easily, just restarting connection within a minute or less. However, after most such events all torrent activity remains seized (a...

Yet another minor issue in Transmission 1.75
Adding new torrent - 'Start when added' chekbox in torrent properties menu: The chekbox "Start when added" seems doesn't work properly when a new torrent is being added while verification is running on previously downloaded data - newly added torrent appears in an active state regardless o...

Possible issues with Transmission 1.75
I have experienced the following minor issues while running Transmission 1.75 GTK on Ubuntu 9.04: Applying restrictions to the number of connected peers (both total and peers-per-torrent) via main menu (Edit-Preferences-Network) seems didn't work properly for torrents that had been loaded and starte...
