I'm seeding over 800 torrents without a problem on an old, weak NAS.

Re: Does the web gui support the new 2.80 features?
Is there a plan, by any chance, to add that feature to the web interface?

Thank you, rb07.
I'll check it out, and maybe switch from Transmission Remote GUI.

Is there any plan to add support for that?
Alternatively: Do you know of any front-ends that does?

Does the web gui support the new 2.80 features?
Transmission Daemon 2.80 introduced new features: renaming files and folders.
I can't seem to find how-to do that using the bundled web interface.
Am I missing something?
Edit: I'm using Firefox 23 (beta).

Re: Transmission how to create torrent
You'll need to do it from the command line using transmission-create.
Or, you may use some other app to create the torrent and load it to Transmission.

Re: Connection Manager
Try Transmission Remote GUI . At one point I did use that years ago when I had a single daemon on a shared server, and it was a great remote gui client. However, the main reason I want to switch to Transmission is the use of the Qt Framework so it better integrates with my system's dark theme. Beca...

Can't connect to transmission
I can't access Transmission. Web interface times out, so does 3rd party front end Transmission Remote GUI. When I try transmission-remote: # transmission-remote --auth myName:myPassword -l [22:28:34.458] transmission-remote: (http://localhost:9091/transmission/rpc/) Error Log only has unregistered t...

Re: Transmission on DD-WRT downloads incomplete files
Anyone has any idea what's going on? Sorry, can't say that I do. Is it your own build? Othewise, I suggest asking in the DD-WRT forums. You can try shiby's build of TomatoUSB which comes with Transmission. Tomato version comarison: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomato_%28firmware%29 Shibby's site: h...

Re: Settings override for a particular tracker.
You can do that easily with an RSS scraper like Automatic , but of course that is a very specific way of automatically load torrents. To do the same while loading the torrents manually is not supported outside the Mac OSX application (and I'm not even sure about that, since I don't use it, but I th...

Re: Settings override for a particular tracker.
I'm not sure what version of Transmission you're using.
If you're running the daemon, you can do that with Transmission Remote GUI.
