migrate to a new computer

Hi, I use transmission on a Raspberry Pi (Pidora) as a bit torrent client. yesterday I stuffed up the SDcard so I just dropped Pidora on another card and started again (all my torrents are on an external HDD). As the contents of the Pi are pretty minimal I back up my /home directory to another PC.

After reloading 120+ torrents I wondered whether copying the contents of .config/transmission/torrents from my backup into the config area on the new SD card would have reactivated all my existing torrents? In fact, would copying the backed up transmission folder into .config restore all my old settings?
