Trac Register Rule is very hard
I trying to several time, trac was "Maximum number of posts per hour for this IP exceeded". even almost every sleeping time(03:00 AM), i used my phone's LTE IP Address, it was "Maximum number of posts per hour for this IP exceeded"
What can i do? I want to register trac ticket
