No verification email when creating Trac account

I would like to report a bug using Trac. In order to do that, I created a Trac account, however I have never received the verification email.

The Trac web page shows:

Warning: <span>Your permissions have been limited until you <a href="/verify_email">verify your email address</a>.</span>
<span>An email has been sent to <trac.transmissionbt.com@xxxxx.net> with a token to <a href="/verify_email">verify your new email address</a>.</span>

Could someone please take a look at the Trac server and see if it can be fixed? I used the same username for Trac as for the forums - peteru

I managed to figure out a workaround for sending the verification email. To do that, I went to http://trac.transmissionbt.com/verify_email and requested the verification email to be resent. This worked straight away and I managed to get the account verified.

However, it would still be a good idea to take a look at the Trac server, because the initial registration (and the formatting of the messages) is broken.
