ZERO upload activity w/ZERO peer activity

Post by dwdockins » Sun Jun 19, 2016 1:36 pm

?! Out of the wild blue (I haven't changed anything, honest) I have lost uploading capability across any of almost 200 files. The Inspector Peer icon shows NO even attempted connection activity. No error message, port = 49154... everything looks normal but Transmission seems dead in the water for a few days now. Could my ISP be blocking me, or should I use a different port, or trackers are not responding? Once in a great while one file will open up at, like at .7 KB! for awhile, but otherwise zilch. Anyone else ever see this? Scratching my head, thanks in advance, D.

Zero-sum refers to there being no net benefit. It’s not just that someone loses and someone else gains but that the amounts are equivalent i.e. the total losses = the total gains. Forward contracts are zero-sum games.
