What are these servers connecting on startup?

I want to automate startup of my Mac. Snitch is putting up alerts (usually a good thing) of outgoing Transmission connections when it's launched which is interfering with my macros (the alerts aren't addressable via macro so can't dismiss them intelligently).
A couple are openDNS, but one is to Shenzen in China(!), one is Cox Communications, and what's exoduc.desync.com, leachers-paradies and demonii?
What is all this for? Cant ALL connections wait to be made until after at least one 1 transfer is authorized?
Is there a list of these servers I can use to set up Snitch?
