Nope. That "torrent name" folder is actually part of the torrent you're downloading. The are also torrents with just a single file that do not have a top-folder. That torrent name folder could be changed to a shared name. BUT if two or more torrents with a shared name also have equal named contents then you will have problems with overwriting and corruption. IMNSHO the best way would be to use a torrent done script.
