I make a private tracker with fixed number of seeds (based on linux/transmission-daemon v1.42). Our primary task: let our clients to download updates as fast as possible. We needn't any authentication, anti-leech protection, rating checks and so on... The only trouble we have: when seeding, transmission open only one link per IP, so people behind same NAT can't download anything. On uTorrent, i can set parameter bt.allow_same_ip to true, and this problem will disappear. Does transmission have this functionality?
