"Tracker did not respond" after upgrading from 1.94

I've upgraded from 1.94 to 2.04. Nothing else had changed. Now all of the torrents are stuck at "Tracker did not respond". I can access the tracker with wget and get the list of torrents. I've tried turning off firewall (CSF) completely as well. Nothing seems to help. Any ideas?

Weird! Five minutes after I posted the message, all of a sudden all of the torrents started to go online one by one. That's an hour after I've done the upgrade. How come? This is really mysterious!
