I tried pm (t=5596) but it said "Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt".

That particular forum (GTK+ Binaries, which by Jordan's message is for all Unix binaries) is not user writable, the top message says you have to ask permission... and gives the link to PM Jordan, which orps tried and doesn't seem to work.
So this post is really for Jordan, either make that forum writable, or allow PMs to you or some other admin that can fix the situation.
