Transmission doesn't start at ReadyNAS boot up

Hi,
i have installed the Transmission 2.82 app on my ReadyNAS 312.

It works good but every time the NAS is shut down it puts the Transmission app switch to "OFF" meaning i manually have to start it up through the NAS GUI every time which is quite annoying. Anyone have a solution for this?
