I'm using CentOS 6.8, Transmission version: 2.92. If I add .torrent file using my browser plugin it works but if I try to upload it using the web ui it's not doing anything. There's no error or any log entry. What can have gone wrong and how can I debug this problem?

Just tested adding .torrent via url: it works! But if I download the same torrent locally and upload it it does nothing. Very strange...

Just tried the same torrents with Transmission 2.92 on macOS and it works fine.

My daemon user (checked using top) matches my transmission home and my download dir. I've added --log-debug to the starting params but I don't see any log entry when I try to upload a torrent. If I add a torrent using url an entry correctly appears in the log. It's like it ignores completely the upload.

Well I've noticed this in my browser console when I'm trying to open files:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 (Conflict)

What could be causing this?
